Wholesale Holo Oleander

Holo Oleander, a bright violet linear holo nail polish packed with green, pink, purple, blue, red and orange holo micro glitter, is part of the Aloha Collection inspired by the flowers of Hawaii. Black Dahlia Lacquer’s polishes are hand mixed in small batches so slight variations are possible, but we do our best to ensure consistency. We use only vegan, cruelty-free products. Both our full-size 14 ml and petite 8 ml polishes include flat brushes and one large stainless steel mixing ball. We recommend a gentle roll before use to redistribute the polish. Black Dahlia Lacquer ships within three business days, and often much sooner. During new product launches or big sales our processing time may take up to five business days.
