Our beautiful Togarashi is a Japanese 7-Spice classic, also known as shichimi. Be careful though, you only need a pinch for a massive kick of flavour and heat! Use as much as you would pepper, it’s a great way to pep up stir fries, chicken, pork fillets or even squid.  Togarashi is a blend of chilli, black & white sesame seeds, orange zest, ginger, Sichuan pepper & seaweed. Adds a kick to ribs, wings, prawn toast, seaweed, tofu, chillies, stews, any meats, prawns, noodles, soups – in fact anything where you feel like a boost! Make a glaze of honey, ginger, garlic, sake, and soy sauce with a pinch of Togarashi for a terrific glaze for salmon fillets, or use to season flour for coating squid or chicken strips and frying.   Once you start adding a pinch to mealtimes, you’ll find so many uses for it. One of our favourite ways to use this is to add a teaspoon to mayo or sour cream for a fantastic dip! FIERY 35g
