Some cats are just once-in-a-lifetime. Comet was mine. I adopted him when I was four years old, my very first cat, my childhood companion, my little shadow. He was with me through all of it and when I lost him my first year of college, I felt it in a way that's hard to put into words. He's the reason I'll always have cats. He's the reason I believe so deeply that animals hold pieces of our hearts. This tiny print is my love letter to him. Hand-pulled on my small-format screenprint press using water-based denim navy ink, each print is made one at a time. Slowly, carefully, with intention.
