supertasterz WOOO Cest-Er-Shire is a strong and complex Southern Worcestershire Sauce made in small batches in Northwest Arkansas. We originally made this sauce for our ARKANSAS DIAMOND FIRE Bloody Mary Mix and realized it must be shared with you. Try it in your favorite recipes, scratch Bloody Marys, or as a standalone robust condiment (we love to dip grilled chicken and steak in it). Why do we call it "Strong"...because this Worcestershire Sauce is about 30% stronger (more robust) than the average Worcestershire Sauce. Big Sauce dilutes their Worcestershire Sauce with water to increase their profits. We don't. We focus on flavor. This Worcestershire Sauce is Porcini Mushroom and Tamarind based, soy free, and coincidentally VEGAN. While "Big Sauce" companies pinch pennies by using phony "natural flavorings" and extracts, we double down on quality and bolster the flavor with onions, garlic, Spanish Sherry Vinegar, Dry French Vermouth, Molasses and a dash of our ARKANSAS DIAMOND FIRE
