Each soak pairs clean, mineral-rich ingredients with names and scents that feel a little too relatable — because sometimes the best reset is admitting where you’re actually at. How to Use Add ½ to 1 cup to warm running bath water and allow salts to dissolve fully. For a foot soak, dissolve ¼ to ½ cup in a basin of warm water. Soak for 15–20 minutes. Rinse if desired.
