The sleeve around the box wasn’t in the best of shape…may have been previously returned? Update to this review is that they provide excellent customer service and reached out to me. I am certainly keeping them as a vendor as they are wonderful to deal with. The product is very nice as well.Thank you for your assistance in the above matter and subsequent film needed, it is appreciated and we are thinking the same in that customer service, product functionality and appearance is important!
