The Kamut Wheat Pizza Mix is a mix with Khorasan Wheat Flour and Cappelli Durum Wheat, both ancient cereals, which have not undergone genetic changes over time, sources of protein and high digestibility. The flours are from a certified organic supply chain. The addition of Cappelli durum wheat flour, a typical grain of southern Italian crops, gives the dough crispness. Dry brewer's yeast is in a sachet (12g), included in the package: simply mix it with the mixture, add 230ml of water, knead, bake and you're done!
