I really like their cowboy hats if I was only rating those they would get 5 stars. Unfortunitly, the winter hats are a bad quailty, some were missing and the others are falling apart. I do have part of my order as a preorder not shipping until Aug 31, 2025, I requested it to be canceled and they denied the request. They stated the item is currently being processed and won't be cancelled. It is another month before it ships.
