These Halloween flashlights are garbage. They are very poor quality and with a new battery have a very dull light. With an MSRP of $6.99, me as a consumer would NEVER pay that and me as a toy store owner don't feel comfortable at all asking that much. I bought for $2.25 a piece, I may just stick a battery in it and charge for the battery... or just give them to my own kids.

These were very cheap, all packaged together so I can't even sell individually as I had planned, and the string is all frayed. Disappointed.
