Lousy. Before ordering, I sent a message asking if it would work on burgundy-style bottles (the ones with a fatter base) and was told, " the Hexo does fit Burgundy and most Champagne bottles as well." It does not fit most Burgundy bottles or any Champagne bottle. Second complaint: it just doesn't work. Put ice pack in freezer overnight (directions suggest 6hrs) and tried to chill a bottle. The bottle just warmed the ice pack. What a waste of resources. I'm disappointed.
