A Flamboyant AOP Provence Discover the excellence of Bastide du Laval, an AOP Provence olive oil with an intense character, produced in the heart of the Luberon, in Provence. Mainly from Aglandau olives, harvested by hand at the beginning of the season and immediately cold-pressed, it preserves all the intensity of its vegetal aromas. Its powerful taste reveals notes of fresh grass, raw artichoke and fresh almond. Its spiciness at the back of the throat, called "ardence", reveals an exceptional richness in antioxidants.
