I have reached out to this company and no return messages. I took these to a show and when pulling the tabs out to press the button for the light to come on the majority didn’t light up and the rest were dimmed. I paid over $300 for scrunchies that don’t work.

Thank you for reacing out after 6 months of using the product. even if it was after a month our policy states refund/ replacement. The battery doesnt last after 6 months. so hence these wont work anymore. Wish the customer would have reached out on time before . —Arniyara • 15 aug 2025
