Wholesale D.O.Ca. Reserva red wine Rioja Altos del Rubio

This wine takes its name from the “Rubio Alto” farm where our winery is located. This wine is only made in those years when the grapes have the right characteristics for a long aging and maximum lasting expression over time. Varieties selected from the best clusters of Tempranillo, Graciano and Garnacha grapes. Aging: for 24 months in French oak barrels. Regular checks every five months. Subsequent bottling to rest in the bottle for a year. Tasting notes: ruby red color, with intense and complex aromas from aging in barrels. With notes of cocoa, spices and ripe black fruit. In the mouth it is long, intense, with a persistent finish and a very complex nose in which you can see the bouquet of reduction in the bottle. Consumption temperature: between 16°C and 18°C. Pairing: ideal for roasted or grilled red meat, hard-cured cheeses and acorn-fed ham, among others.
