Wholesale “K2" sauce

K2 Sauce is a very special 'soy sauce' (soy-free)! It is a Lentis Sauce in which we have infused garlic, pepper and fennel. It remembers the aromas of porchetta and salami, and not knowing what to call it, we kept its “battle” name, the one it wore throughout the period in which it was being processed, in the experimental phase, so to speak. Like Marisa Sauce, this can also be considered a Mediterranean shoyu, rich in familiar and delicious aromas. A lot could be said about the K2 Sauce, but we prefer to let its intertwined aromas speak to you. K2 Sauce can be used to season and flavor both raw and cooked foods. It can be emulsified with oil and the only limit is imagination! DON'T COOK! The live ferments contained in the unpasteurized sauce are killed by very high temperatures, so it should be added, preferably, at the end of cooking or cold.
