They are a true wire wrapped crescent shape with the opening of the crescent facing upward. Inside the crescent I have woven tiny glass seed beads in your choice of turquoise, pearl, or metallic glass beads to match the metal frame. Each stud frame is hand-formed from a single piece of wire and hammered to give it some texture as well and harden the metal. The stud measures 9mm (⅜-inch) diameter. They are striking and slightly larger than my other studs but are lightweight and can be worn all day comfortably. Choose from 14K rose or yellow gold filled or 925 sterling silver for the stud.
