I only have a complaint about the boxes the products were shipped in. The products were not damaged or lost in anyway. They are very good and well priced products. The company ships quickly, accurately and has competitive shipping rates. My complaint: when the boxes arrived they were only held together by packing tape. The corners were no longer attached together and I was able to put my hand through and out the other side without touching the cardboard box. Surprisingly nothing was lost
