I love this brand and the quality and care put in to each product. That said, that same quality and care took a long time (2 months) to ship. So far the lip balms are moving well! I will likely reorder, and now know to expect shipping delays.

Really wanted to love these products! Unfortunately, they just do not spread well on the lips. They break up and look patchy and weird. We had issues with the product crumbling. Fulfillment time took really long as well.
