Our Strozzapreti is made with 100% Semolina and has a fantastic texture with it’s elongated subtle twisted shape. It pairs well with a variety of shapes. Artisan Pasta, Made in America This pasta is kneaded in small batches using cold water and 100% semolina flour. The fragrant dough is then drawn through bronze-dies and slowly dried at low temperatures. Our process creates a delicious pasta with a coarse & porous surface which is perfect for holding the sauce with a distinct al dente texture. Package Information Pack size: 6/12 ounce packages
