WHOLESALE CHAMPAGNE VIELLARD - MILLOT BRUT GRAND CRUDE

Cultivation: Champagne Viellard-Millot is a family business, in its 6th generation, with its vineyards close to the village of Ambonnay. The properties cover 2.23 ha, composed of 9 particles, treated with the logic of reasoned viticulture and without the use of insecticides. Vinification and sparkling wine are carried out at the Center Vinicole d'Ambonnay and all the cuvées produced are marked with the Grand Cru denomination, reserving extraordinary quality thanks to patience and respect for tradition. In the cellar: manual harvest, pressing for 85% of the juice from the first pressing (the cuvée) and 15% of the next (the taille); vinification and aging in steel, before bottling, for the base year (2016; 60%) and for most of the reserve wine (15 vintages “en réserve perpétuelle”, of which 10% is aged in barrels).
