The Organic Tea Project's Breakfast tea blend is made using organic Assam and Nilgiri black tea leaves handpicked from sustainable farms in south west India. It took us 28 goes just to get this blend right so that it had the perfect flavour profile to pair with breakfast or any time of the day really. The Assam used in this blend provides the robust malty flavour synonymous with breakfast teas, while the Nilgiri smooths out the blend creating a rounded more complete flavour profile.
