My initial sample order was excellent, but the quality of my second bulk order was disappointing and did not match the original sample. The print quality was inconsistent, leading me to question whether fulfillment had been outsourced. To the vendor’s credit, they worked to resolve the issue and replaced the order. The replacement was acceptable, though it was not identical to—or quite as good as—the quality of the original sample.
