This workbook will help you to assess what you have on your priorities and revamp a little where priorities maybe need some changing. If you are a family who struggles to do anything in routine, I feel you - it’s tough for us too. That’s why this workbook will be good for you. Practice makes perfect, right? Your family will only succeed at this if you (mom and dad) put the effort in. Keep an open mind and a willing heart and put some work in to better your days. On the pages of this workbook you will find a spread (two facing pages) for each day of the week. 6 days for morning and evening routine building and recording, and a seventh day for your Sabbath practice. You are going to be re-writing your priorities list for morning and evening on each day through this workbook. Writing will help you to gain awareness of your reality. If you write down what you have in mind each day, what you expect to achieve and how you feel according to this, you will better understand who you are. You will realize yourself. If things have to change, come back here and make some notes, or jot them down on the day you contemplate them! I encourage you to practice writing down everything the book instructs you to. Our brains form connections with things that we write down in a different way than simply reading and doing. Research proves that those who take notes by hand actually remember more of the information than those who don’t. One study found that students who took notes by hand had a greater understanding of a lesson than those who took notes on a computer — even though they were able to type out more information.
