Ordered two pairs of earrings to see the quality & expedience of service. One pair came relatively fast & were very pretty but the second pair was Processing for 9 days. I had a difficult time getting a hold of Kosa and wasn’t thrilled with the customer service once I did hear back. I would have liked to be offered another pair as a replacement, instead I was asked if wanted to cancel my order & that they would be gone until Aug 5th. Bummer
