The delicious green olives crushed Calabrian style are one of the most renowned products used in the tables of our region. Pitted and left in water for a few days, they are then dried and “squeezed”, finally ready to be seasoned with oil, garlic and chilli pepper. This version, enriched with the addition of anchovies for a strong and decidedly gourmet taste, is excellent to be enjoyed on fresh or brushed bread or as a condiment for first courses.
