Our Slow System Mini press is designed for steeping loose leaf tea or brewing French-press style coffee—but without the pressure. The press is an elegantly simple loose leaf tea brewer—perfect for high quality teas that can be steeped multiple times. Slip your finger through the ring to remove the strainer, add tea, steep and pour. For coffee, the traditional press plunger actually agitates the grinds when it is pressed down. This means more cloudy coffee—which can affect the clarity of flavor and the “mouth-feel” of your cup. Our “no-press” design makes full-bodied immersion coffee without the press—simply mix coffee with hot water, wait 5 minutes and pour out.
