We make our harissa the traditional way with only the best "Baklouti" chillies, dried in traditional log-ovens smoked over olive and eucalyptus wood for 48 hours, alongside only the best ingredients, such as extra virgin olive oil to bring you a rich, smokey depth. We don't add any Xantham gum, artificial ingredients, rose petals or other nonsense... It's real harissa made the way it should be.
