Beurre Noisett' directly translated from the French meaning, 'hazelnut butter'. The caramelization of milk solids in butter result in a rich, hazelnut flavored butter often used in both sweet and savory dishes. When combined with rich honey, cream and molten sugar, simple yet complex flavors are produced.
