Beurre Noisett' directly translated from the french meaning, 'hazelnut butter'. The caramelization of milk solids in butter result in a rich, hazelnut flavored butter often used in both sweet and savory dishes. When combined with rich honey, cream and molten sugar, simple yet complex flavors are produced. Our caramels are slow cooked in small batches and packaged by hand without added preservatives. Approximately 12-15 individually wrapped caramels per 4oz box. Boxed in a 4" cube kraft chipboard box with cream estate paper labels. 20 week shelf life from the date of manufacture.
