100% Ibérico "Pata Negra" Acorn-fed Loin vacuum-packed in a hexagonal box | Lumbar muscle from our own 100% Iberian pigs selected from birth. They spend the first stage of their life on the farm, feeding on natural cereals produced in our facilities, until they reach a weight of between 40 and 50kg, when they move to the pastures. There, they enjoy an exquisite diet composed of the aforementioned selection of cereals, grasses, tubers, roots, and acorns, reaching 90/100kg by early October, when the montanera begins, the time when acorns fall and they feed exclusively on them until reaching an approximate weight of 180kg in their adult stage. When cut, this 100% Ibérico "Pata Negra" Acorn-fed Loin presents a marbled appearance with streaks of infiltrated fat, with soft golden hues and a red color that invites tasting.
