Our original jerky is made with wild-caught premium-grade ahi tuna. Hickory smoke is used to add a kick of flavor. This jerky is marinated in a special blend of ingredients, slow-dried, and hand cut for bite-size snacking. -Wild caught & all natural. -No preservatives & no MSG. -Delicious smoky flavor. -Made on the Big Island of Hawaii. -2 oz bag. All of our fish jerkies are FDA approved. We also work closely with the Hawaii seafood council to ensure that our supply of fish meets industry standards.
