First off, excellent customer service!! I had been behind in ordering due to illness and needed for a store event (March Madness Tea Party) and reached out to Heather. She expedited my order and it arrived in time. Secondly, the products are AMAZING!! Tested out the tea sachets and they are so yummy! This is definitely for quality tea lovers and will also make excellent gifts. Can't wait to reorder on a regular basis. Highly recommend!!

I am beyond happy! I already ordered again since some items I wanted were out of stock. I noticed they restock pretty fast. I love the amount of options available. It is also wonderful that we don't have to order cases of product for something small, such as sugar cubes, tea balls, etc.
