The only tool required is scissors as the holes are designed to snugly hold the pipes together but loose enough to allow the joints to move! We picked up two styles of the Piperoids to add to our stocking stuffer display in December and they completely sold out within a couple of weeks. We decided in January to expand our selection and carry them all year. Love the display units that they send as well!
