I’m sorry that the items arrived damaged. However, I’d like to clarify a few points for transparency. The pancake candle was carefully packed, and unfortunately, damage like this can sometimes happen during transit due to rough handling. I also reported the damage to FedEx, and the report included a photograph clearly showing four pancakes in the stack. So, I’m unsure how it was stated that there were only two pancakes. It is possible that one may have cracked or broken during transit, but there were definitely three pancakes when the order was shipped.
