We ordered a lot from this company. The bench arrived cracked. They replaced it immediately at no charge, sadly that one was cracked worse then first one. They replaced that one even sooner with a fragile sticker on it. It’s beautiful and sold already and we will be placing an order again. Thank you. We will continue to carry your merchandise at our flower shop as well as funeral home
