This pale garnet red wine is a unique cuvée, aged for 24 months in Burgundian oak barrels. Entirely vinified in our cellar in Courbevoie, from Gamay Noir grapes sourced from partner winemakers in the southeast of Angers who practice biodynamic viticulture. It is a complex and woody red, with aromas reminiscent of great Burgundies, featuring delightful truffle and undergrowth aromas, mixed with notes of wild berries. We sipped it with Époisses cheese aged in Marc de Bourgogne, accompanied by a saxophone solo from the early 80s. We use neither sulfur nor other additives. Happiness in a bottle 🙂
