A 100% ECO wine, harvested manually and aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels. Its aromas remind us of the grape must and skin, with a predominance of pears, dried apricots or sweet grapefruit skin. In the mouth, its volume and oiliness are surprising, mineral salinity with a slightly bitter finish characteristic of this variety.
