I looooove this company! They have awesome pieces, great prices, and the team is quick to help and communicate with you. They sell out fast every time I get an order in.

Great products! We love their vintage-inspired accessories. Though some items are received damaged, they are very good about responding and refunding.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are very sorry to hear about your experience with this ring — this is not the level of product quality we aim to provide. We have been in business for over 35 years and we are never happy when mistakes happen (overlooked Q/C process prior to shipping) but they do happen. Please know that we are addressing your concerns internally to ensure it does not happen again. We truly value your feedback and would appreciate the opportunity to make this right. If you’re willing, please reach out to us directly at info@encore-nyc.com - The Encore Fashion Group —The Encore Fashion Group • 28. maj 2026
