The Lime tree is a deciduous tree that can grow up to 20 metres in height. It has a light amber colour that turns to ivory white when crystallised. It releases a very broad aromatic spectrum with scents very reminiscent of flowers with notes of incense and resin. On the palate it is medium sweet, refreshing and aromatic with lingering and long aromas of Sage and Mint with a slightly citrus finish.
