Rosato Pietraserena” - Tuscany Igt Rosato Once upon a time, the Canaiolo grape was used in the cutting of grapes intended for the vinification of Chianti wine. A drinkable, fragrant, tasty wine was obtained when young. Subsequently, there was a need to give greater structure to Chianti, so in addition to the white grapes, Canaiolo was removed from the cut. However, since this is a historic Tuscan grape, it deserved many other destinations; for this reason, we focused on the production of this rosé, consisting of about 70% of Canaiolo and the rest from Sangiovese. We believe that we have fully achieved our goal, given the welcome that an increasingly large part of our customers welcome this flower wine of ours.
