Maple(Ambrosia/Spalted) Wood Cheese Slicer The gift that keeps giving. From soft cheeses to medium-hard cheddars, this slicer will give you perfect slices every time. Extremely durable stainless steel wire. Rubber feet with stainless steel screws added for stability. Dimensions: 6” x 12” The amount of ambrosia/spalted streaking will vary per piece. Individually hand-crafted and finished in our small batch Board Butter (food-grade mineral oil & beeswax).
