We are thrilled to finally be able to offer molinillos (pronounced moh-lee-NEE-yohs), the traditional tool for blending a cacao drink! These ones are hand-made by an artisan in Mexico. We know the maker personally and he sends them to us directly. Made of Alder Wood. The molinillos come in two sizes: * Small - 9-10 inches (for a single drink) * Large - 13-14 inches (better for blending in a pitcher) Note: You may or may not receive one with "Soul Lift Cacao" carved into one of the rings. The artisan forgot to do it on the most recent batch. :) To use, put the chopped cacao and hot water in a mug or pot, hold the molinillo between your hands, and move hands forward and back to rotate, until the cacao is blended and looks foamy on top.
