Using the same technology from our Melting Lip Powder, Hydro Blot Loose Powder contains encapsulated hyaluronic acid which bursts upon contact into the Illite base, a natural mineral powder that absorbs oil. HOW TO USE *For a natural set, dispense a small amount of powder onto the puff applicator. Gently press down powder evenly throughout the face. *For oily skin, dispense a small amount of powder onto the puff applicator and touch up desired areas throughout the day. *Can be used by itself, in combination with CCC Cream, & as a primer before applying CCC Cream.
