I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but feel inclined to share my experience. I’ve placed at least (7) orders within this year, having a quaint Shop in VT. The jewelry sells well, but when having to reach out to Gina in regards to some defects/damage of a few pieces, she was very defensive, responded attacking my character as a Retailer, threatening me and questioning my integrity. Highly unprofessional & poor communication skills. Kindness speaks volumes, not negative acquisitions.
