We received some broken products due to careless handling while jars were en route to the store. Mina's son, Fouad, reached out to me personally to correct FedEx's mistake and sent replacements right away. Happy to work with a small family business that takes the time and effort to care about it's customers across the country.

During the delivery process, they shipped extremely fast however, UPS was didn’t deliver all the packages. I reached out to Mina on the app and they responded almost immediately. They reshipped the missing products which arrived two days later and we are extremely satisfied both with the products and their customer care. We know Mina is a big company and they still treated us like we were their most important client. We will definitely be ordering again for these reasons.
