We are very proud of our range of "country-style pasta," produced by a farmer-harvester who makes them directly on the farm: between the field and the processing workshop, there are... zero kilometers! Our producer's family has been growing durum wheat for three generations. Our pasta is made the traditional way - from durum wheat semolina, water, and that's it! - in a beautiful countryside, about an hour from the city of Caltagirone. The landscape is stunning, and we love visiting him! Introducing you to these delicious "country-style pasta" is, for us, the best way to support local agriculture and Sicilian rural traditions, and to contribute to the establishment of healthier and more virtuous eating practices. Fettucine are ribbon pasta, 3 to 5 mm wide (they are narrower than tagliatelle, which are themselves narrower than pappardelle...), originating from central Italy.
