Sichuan Hot Pot 62% is a single-origin dark chocolate bar made with Ugandan cacao, fermented black beans, toasted sesame and Sichuan green pepper — savoury, nutty and gently numbing rather than hot. We made this bar to capture the soul of Sichuan hotpot. Aromatic umami and gentle heat keep even spice-shy friends reaching back for more. Ugandan cacao meets fermented black beans, the nutty aroma of toasted white sesame, and the bright lift of spices. A dusting of dry chilli and a pinch of sea salt bring it into focus. • Cacao origin: Semuliki Forest, Uganda • Tasting notes: Umami, toasted sesame, nutty spice, numbing pepper • Heat level: Mild, flavour-forward • Ingredients: Whole cacao beans, sugar, cocoa butter, roasted white sesame seeds, fermented black beans, Sichuan green pepper powder, chilli powder, sea salt • Weight: 2.1 oz (60 g) • Allergens: Contains Sesame and Soy. I love being able to sell a chocolate line that I 100% stand behind. The flavors are so different from the basics we are used to seeing in gourmet chocolate these days. There bars also have a creaminess and lush mouth feel that is so satisfying. They've even managed to convert me on white chocolate! The Black Sesame White Chocolate is one of my favorites.

The crafted chocolates by Kessho are so delicious and are loved by our guests at our boba tea cafes! We particularly love to stock their tea-inspired flavors such as boba tea and hojicha chocolates - especially because these flavors coincide with our boba tea menu! Love that they offer these for wholesale now! Will definitely order again!
