Just as described, the patches do seem to start falling off after about 5 hours, shipping time wasn't long.

They do not stick. Using 2nd patch in 30 minutes because they don’t stick. Not worth keeping to try to sell.

I really don't even want to give this 1 star. There is absolutely nothing in the ingredients that supports Dopamine levels. I ordered these and the GLP-1 patches and they are NOT an activator for GLP-1 receptors. I feel like they use clever marketing to sell the products. Until I did some research & Transdermal patches only work for very small molecules (hormones, nicotine) etc. I purchased the Nad drops and also just clever marketing. I feel it would be misleading my customers if I sold them

This is an amazing product. When I order products like this I try them on myself first. These work. I have been using for 5 days and lost 1 1/2 pounds and haven’t changed anything else. Have more energy and feeling so much better.
