We purchased these shoes in October for our winter collection, expecting reliable quality and durability. Instead, several customers returned them after only a few months due to serious defects, including detached soles and cracked platforms. These structural failures make the shoes unfit for winter use. When we filed a complaint, ISABAC denied responsibility and refused to offer a solution. This reflects both poor product quality and a lack of accountability, seriously undermining our trust.

In line with Faireās policy, we review and support claims for product defects when they are reported within 14 days of delivery and the items remain unworn and in new condition. In this case, the complaint was submitted approximately five months after delivery and concerned shoes that had already been worn for an extended period (1ā2 months or more). As such, the claim fell outside the conditions under which exchanges or refunds can be processed.
