I ordered earrings and hair claws from them. When I received the package, it only contained the earrings. I reached out immediately to let them know that the package was missing items. The response I got was that they have camera footage of them packaging them. As someone who takes pride in conducting business honestly, I was off put by the response as they would have been included in the package if that had truly been the case. If you order, you may want to video your unpacking of items.
