Our Chai Masala is the perfect harmony of cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves with ginger and black pepper. Steep with black tea for a cup of chai or try adding to baked goods & savory dishes. Masala Chai: Bring 3/4 c water, 1 black tea bag, and 1/4 tsp of chai masala to a low boil. Reduce heat and steep for 3-4 min. Add 1/4 c of milk of choice and bring to a boil. Turn off heat.
