Wholesale Custom Logo Add-On

This add-on is required only for first-time custom logo embroidery orders when the logo has not yet been digitized. If we already have your logo on file, you do not need to add this item to your cart. This is a one time fee of $25 to get your logo converted into an embroidery format for your custom project. Please note, the $25 fee is per logo (and per size). Please note: Embroidery files cannot be resized. If you are ordering two different custom items (such as custom socks and tanks) we will need the file in a different size for each item, so you must purchase the logo digitizing for each project. Once I have the file digitized in the correct size for your project, you do not need to repurchase this listing again unless there are adjustments to the logo. We keep the logo on file so you can easily reorder the same thing without paying for it again. Purchase this listing and your custom apparel 2. Message us your logo. We will consult with you on your logo to ensure it meets all the requirements for embroidery, discuss size and any other relevant design details. - To outsource your logo, you can send the following formats: JPG, PNG, Screenshot, Canva artwork. - Please ensure the photo is high quality so we can ensure the details transfer correctly. 3. We outsource all of our digitizing work to a professional digitizer to ensure the best quality embroidery for your custom project. 4. When we get the file back, we will run a sample stitch (on socks for custom socks) or on a piece of fabric for other custom projects (totes, shirts, crewnecks) for approval. 5. You approve the project or give us feedback on thread colors, size, placement, etc. 6. If the project is approved, we move into production 7. If revisions are necessary we will discuss with you and send another sample for approval before proceeding with production. REVISIONS: You are allowed 1 round of revisions. Revisions include things like thickness of letters, small size adjustments, thread colors, socks colors.
